PDF Page Size Resizer (to A4)
Some application steps — affidavits, certain declaration formats, or documents meant for physical printing and submission — expect every page to be a standard A4 size, even if your scanned or exported PDF came out in a different page size (common with phone-scanning apps that size the page to match the photo instead of a standard paper size). This tool rebuilds your PDF with every page resized to A4, scaling your existing content down or up to fit without stretching or distorting it.
How this works
Each page's content is scaled proportionally (no stretching/distortion) so it fits entirely within A4 (595×842pt), then the page itself is set to exact A4 size. If your original page's aspect ratio isn't the same as A4, the scaled content will not fill the entire new page (it's anchored from the page's origin corner rather than centered) — this avoids distorting the content, at the cost of some whitespace on one side.
What happens to non-A4-ratio pages
A4 has a specific width-to-height ratio (roughly 1:1.41). If your original page has a different ratio — a wider photo scan, for example — scaling it to fit inside an A4 page without distortion leaves a strip of white space on either the sides or the top/bottom, rather than stretching your content to fill the entire page unevenly. This is intentional: preserving your original content's proportions matters more than eliminating white space, and a slightly uneven margin is far less likely to cause a rejection than a visibly stretched or squashed document.
