Your files never leave your device

Every tool on this site — the photo resizer, signature resizer, and PDF compressor — runs entirely client-side, inside your own browser, using the Canvas API for images and the pdf-lib library for PDFs. When you choose a file, it is read into your browser's memory, processed there, and offered back to you as a download. At no point is the file sent to onlinetoolverse.in's servers or to any third party. We have no upload endpoint for these tools to send files to, and no backend storage where a photo, signature, or document could sit even temporarily.

Practically, this means: if you close the tab before downloading your result, nothing is recoverable — we never had a copy. If you're on a shared or public computer, once you close the browser tab your file is gone from memory the same way any other unsaved browser data would be.

Data retention

Because your photos, signatures, and PDFs are never transmitted to us, we have nothing to retain and nothing to delete on request — there is no copy on our end to begin with.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use privacy-respecting, aggregate website analytics (for example, page-view counts) to understand which tools and guides are useful, and may show advertising through third-party ad networks to keep the tools free. Analytics and ad providers may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser under their own privacy policies; we do not control or receive your uploaded files through those scripts, since the tools themselves never send files anywhere.

On your first visit, a cookie banner asks you to Accept or Reject non-essential cookies. If you're visiting from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, non-essential and ad-personalization cookies stay off until you actively click Accept — closing or ignoring the banner is treated the same as rejecting them, not as consent. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

Google AdSense

Once this site's Google AdSense application is approved, some pages will display ads served by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Whether those ads are personalized depends on the cookie choice described above — if you reject non-essential cookies, or haven't consented yet, only non-personalized ads are requested. You can view or change how Google personalizes ads for you at any time at Google Ads Settings, and read more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at Google's Partner Sites policy. As above, none of this touches your uploaded photos, signatures, or PDFs — ad scripts have no access to files processed by the tools, because those files never leave your browser tab.

Third-party links

We link out to official government exam notification pages and other reference sources. Once you leave onlinetoolverse.in, that site's own privacy policy applies — we have no control over external sites' data practices.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for job and exam applicants generally aged 18 and above, consistent with most government exam eligibility criteria. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
