What this site is

onlinetoolverse.in provides free, browser-based utilities — photo and signature resizers, PDF compressors and converters, and eligibility calculators — aimed at helping candidates prepare documents for Indian government exam and job application forms. It also publishes written guides and, where independently verified, exam-specific requirement reference pages.

Tools provided "as is"

All tools, calculators, and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make a genuine effort to keep KB ranges, pixel dimensions, and exam-specific figures accurate and current, but requirements are set by the respective exam-conducting bodies and can change between recruitment cycles. We do not guarantee that any file produced by a tool on this site will be accepted by any specific exam portal, and where a figure could not be independently confirmed against a current official notification, we say so on that page rather than presenting it as certain.

No liability for application outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, onlinetoolverse.in and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site — including, without limitation, a rejected or incomplete exam application, a missed deadline, or any financial or opportunity loss connected to a government job or exam process. You are responsible for verifying every requirement against the official notification for your exam before submitting your application.

Independence from examination bodies

onlinetoolverse.in is an independently operated site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB, any state public service commission, or any other government department or examination authority. Exam names appearing on this site are used solely for descriptive and reference purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree to use these tools only for lawful purposes, including preparing your own genuine documents for your own applications. Tools such as the signature cleanup utility are intended to tidy up a real, handwritten signature you provided — not to fabricate a signature you did not actually sign, and not to alter identity documents in a way that misrepresents them.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
