This pass actually located and read a real SSC MTS notice -- NoticeOfMTSNT_20240627.pdf, the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2024 notice, published on ssc.gov.in -- and confirmed the same pattern found in CGL/CHSL/GD: (1) the photograph is captured LIVE via webcam/mobile camera during the Online Application Form, with no separate uploaded photo file/KB/pixel spec (candidates unable to use a camera may use a QR-code mobile-app fallback); (2) the signature must be uploaded in JPEG format, 10-20 KB, 'about 6.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height)' -- and unlike CGL/CHSL, the MTS 2024 notice's own 'Part-II keep-ready checklist' (Annexure-IV) is INTERNALLY CONSISTENT, also stating 6.0cm x 2.0cm (no 4x2cm discrepancy found in this document). HOWEVER: this is the 2024-dated notice, and I could not locate/download the actual 2025 or 2026 cycle MTS notification PDF (a 2025 cycle notice, issued 26.06.2025, is referenced by SSC's own site metadata and by its CBE having run Feb 2026, but I only found result/write-up PDFs for that cycle, not the original detailed notification). Given the identical language and figures are independently confirmed across CGL 2026, CHSL 2026, and GD Constable 2026 (three separate current-cycle documents), it is highly likely the MTS 2025/2026 cycle uses the same figures -- but since I have not verified this against the actual current-cycle MTS document, source_verified_date is set to PENDING-VERIFICATION per the task's honesty requirement. A human should locate and re-check the live 2026-cycle MTS notice on ssc.gov.in before treating this as publish-ready. The photo px/KB values above are the conventional legacy placeholder figures (not from the notice, which specifies live capture with no fixed spec); the 140x60px signature figure is a conventional pixel-equivalent of the stated 6.0x2.0cm/10-20KB spec.
