(2) THE FLAGGED CM INCONSISTENCY IS CONFIRMED STILL PRESENT in the 2026 notice itself: the main instructional clause (~para 8.7, e.g. line 1181/3157 of the extracted text) states the signature should be 'about 6.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height)', while the 'Part-II (Online Application Form) - keep the following ready' checklist later in the SAME document (line 3644-3645) states 'about 4.0 cm (Width) x 2.0 cm (Height)'. Both clauses agree on JPEG format and 10-20 KB file size. This is an authentic internal inconsistency in SSC's own document, not a secondary-source error. This file uses the main instructional clause's 6.0x2.0cm as the authoritative figure (since that clause governs rejection), and documents the 4.0x2.0cm conflicting figure here. The 140x60px pixel figure is a widely used conventional pixel-equivalent (not stated verbatim in the notice, which only gives cm + KB). Also noted: for PwD(VH) candidates, a thumb impression is allowed in place of signature per the notice. No signature ink colour is specified anywhere in the notice text.
