IBPS PO/Clerk/SO/RRB's online application form validates your uploaded photo and signature against a strict pixel-dimension and file-size window before it will let you proceed — most portals reject a file outside the stated KB range outright rather than resizing it for you, and some also reject the wrong pixel dimensions even when the file size is fine. This exactly confirms the prior pass's figures with a primary-source citation: Photograph -- '4.5cm x 3.5cm', 'Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)', 'Size of file should be between 20kb-50kb', passport-style colour photo against a light/preferably-white background, plus a mandatory separate LIVE photo capture via webcam or mobile QR code (in addition to the uploaded scanned photo). Signature -- black ink on white paper, 'Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)', '10kb-20kb', NOT in capital letters.
