The rules are usually published clearly enough in the official notification PDF, but converting "20KB to 50KB, 200×230px, JPEG format" into an actual file most people can produce with a phone camera and no photo editing software is where things go wrong.

We built this site to close that specific gap. Every resizer, compressor, and calculator here runs entirely in your browser using the Canvas API and client-side libraries — your photo, signature, and PDF are never uploaded to a server, ours or anyone else's. That is a deliberate choice: these are identity documents you are about to submit for a government job or exam, and the safest place for them is a browser tab that closes when you're done, not a server we would otherwise have to secure and explain.
